5. the quotation does not include customs duties, customs fines, storage fees and refund fees caused by the consignee's responsibility. if the consignee refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed into delivery.
6. the remote fee is RMB 4 yuan per kilogram, and the minimum fee for one ticket is RMB 195 yuan and then * the fuel for the current month. Please check the remote areas by yourself, and ups remote fee will be valid within 3 months.
7. the change of address fee shall be subject to RM b77 yuan per ticket, with a maximum of RMB 273 yuan per ticket. Ups charges for changing the address shall be valid within 3 months.
8. RMB 40 yuan shall be charged for each of the following goods: ( the following goods will be charged as long as they meet the requirements, and the accumulated charge will be charged ) ( the following is the repeated charge, and the accumulated charge will be charged as long as they meet the requirements )

11. collection of insurance premium: 100 USD, 3.2 RMB, and the insured amount shall not exceed the declared value of the goods. ( it is recommended to buy insurance for precious goods ).
If the whole ticket of the goods insured by ups is lost, ups shall compensate 80 % of the insured amount, but the insurance shall not cover the goods with less packages and damages.

First, pure battery operation requirements:
1. all pure lithium batteries ( computer, mobile phone and camera lithium battery power can not exceed 100 wh ) program calculation ( for example, computer power is usually 11.1 v / 6600 amh )

Ii. ups channel operation requirements and precautions for " special goods"
1, commercial invoice, consignment note and handover list requirements:
① commercial invoice: including sender, consignee, name ( material + purpose ), declared value ( low declaration refused ), and booked together in the consignment note;
( 2 ) must have the sender information ( address must be, the sender name and company name can have one )
③ the declared value of the goods in the commercial invoice can only be USD, EUR or destination currency, and the word " made in China" of origin is required on the invoice.
④ four express consignment notes fed / DHL / ups / TNT should not be mixed, and the channel code should be written on the obvious part of the consignment note: indicate ups service method: such as " cnu American promotion"
Routine filling of consignment note: ups freight ( normal prepaid ) and destination tariff ( normal to pay ). if the options are different, you need to make additional comments on the handover list.

④ cutting tools: cutting tools should be packaged independently, and the cutting edge should not exceed 10 cm.
⑤ mobile power supply: ups low-power mobile power supply shall be declared according to built-in batteries, and shall be packaged independently. it is better to keep the weight of export single box in hong kong within 10kg, and ups single box in Macao shall be heavy.
The quantity must not exceed 5 kg. Ups may change at any time, requiring that the single weight be reduced to 5 kg.
3. special requirements of some countries:
( 1 ) Australia: all hong kong ups suspended export to Australia and new Zealand countries;
( 2 ) Pollan: the electronic products going to Poland by ups should be marked with ce marks, otherwise they may not be imported locally. It is not allowed to abandon the goods locally, and the goods are delivered to the local area.
The addressee must provide invoices in local languages to assist in customs clearance.
③ Cambodia: all ups channels in hong kong do not accept lithium battery shipments sent to cambodeia, including mobile power!
④ Turkmenistan: ups channels in our company do not accept Turkmen goods;
Iii. matters needing attention
1, the customer must strictly abide by the express service provider, customs and aviation regulations and rules, and carefully inspect the seized goods, and the goods must meet the following conditions:
( 1 ) dangerous goods shall not be transported: including inflammable and explosive goods, toxic goods, polluting goods, radioactive goods, unknown gas, etc.
( 2 ) animals and plants, liquid, powder and objects shall not be transported: including fresh creatures, cigarettes or their packages, medicines, food, etc.
( 3 ) imitation, yellow and pirated goods and all articles prohibited or restricted by laws and regulations from being carried or transported shall not be carried;
( 4 ) the internal and external packaging of the goods and the non-carriage of the goods with the aviation contraband mark;
( 5 ) active declaration: batteries should be correctly declared ( lithium and dry ) as well as built - in, matching and pure batteries, and batteries with internal and external power exceeding 100 w should be rejected;
2. if the above-mentioned goods prohibited from transit are checked by our company, we have the right to refuse to carry them, and we have the right to prompt them according to the risks stipulated in the quotation.
Impose a risk fine of RMB 20 - 10000 yuan; If our company fails to conduct inspection, it will be investigated and dealt with by customs or designated service providers, and besides the above risk fines, the resulting customs or clothing will be confiscated.
The direct economic losses and legal responsibilities such as the commercial penalties will be borne by the customers themselves.
3. the commercial invoice submitted by the customer shall be filled with the original company information. if the declared value exceeds USD 120.0, the customs code of the product shall be provided voluntarily: h s code;
If the customer fails to provide the above two items, our company will handle the declaration on behalf of the customer and will not inform the customer of other problems, such as customs withholding, high tariff or clearance caused by the declaration.
As for the delay, our company will not bear the related responsibilities and expenses.
4. express freight does not include customs duties, fines or special delivery fees levied by the customs of the destination or trans-shipment place, if such fees occur, and the destination guest refuses to pay.
If the goods are absolutely paid, or the goods cannot be cleared by customs at the destination and rejected and returned by the customs or the addressee, the expenses shall be borne by party b, and party b shall receive the communication from party a.
Pay the fee to party b in advance within 3 days after knowing it, and finally refund the fee more and make up less according to the service provider's bill.
5. surcharge for all remote areas, address changes and residences: the notice is valid within 90 days, and some remote cities or agents cannot be found out immediately when receiving goods, please pay attention to it.
6. the destination guest refuses to pay customs duties or all kinds of government fees: the notice is valid within 180 days, and it will be charged directly to party b according to the express service provider bill; If there is any objection, then
We can contact the destination guest to pay by ourselves and provide the payment authorization letter of the payer's contact information within 7 days, so that we can assist in trying to inform the agent to change the payer.
Iv. compensation regulations
1. if the express delivery is damaged or lost, the consignee shall complain to the destination within 48 hours after receipt, and the destination service provider will provide it after receiving the complaint.
Reference number. The sending agent must lodge a claim with us based on this reference number, otherwise it will be inadmissible. Please provide the claim at the same time.
Consignment notes and invoices; The demand letter shall be submitted within 7 days after the express delivery receipt, and the above no shall be indicated on the demand letter. If the goods are damaged, a detailed photo of the damage shall be provided.
( including the internal and external packaging situation and the damage fact ); At the same time, the name, model, quantity, unit price and total price of the lost or damaged express shall be listed.
2. compensation for loss or damage to express goods shall be settled according to the relevant provisions of Warsaw convention: compensation shall be made according to the customs value of commercial invoice provided by the consignor, up to no more than

4. losses caused by force majeure factors such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, flight delays, customs inspection, government actions, internal operations of express delivery service providers or flights.
Loss, or loss caused by incorrect or untimely information such as the address invoice provided by the customer, or loss caused by the failure of the receiving company to cooperate with customs clearance or to provide customs clearance documents.
The resulting customs clearance delay has even been confiscated and returned by the customs, and our company will not assume any responsibility.
5. please pack fragile products themselves, otherwise our company will not be responsible for them after being broken. For high-value products, it is suggested that customers should buy insurance by themselves. All compensation shall be subject to the above.
6. ups compensation standard: subject to ups compensation, there is no compensation for the loss of parts in a box, and damages caused by poor packaging are not compensated. Please buy your own insurance!
Packaging must be good, ups refuses to accept poorly packaged goods, such as express delivery damage caused by poor packaging, and some losses or delays caused by ups's trans-shipment will not be compensated.
For all lost express tickets, our company will compensate according to the declared value, but the maximum compensation amount is USD 100, and the freight will not be compensated.
7. if the contraband goods such as battery products, liquids, powders, medicines and adult products are rushed and seized by hong kong aramex or airline security check,
Our company will not assume any responsibility or refund the freight. If there is a fine, it shall be borne by the sender.
