Tnt operation requirements and related regulations
1. fuel surcharge: the quotation does not contain fuel surcharge, and shall be subject to TNT official online publication every month. payment settlement method: cash or prepaid amount or transfer.
2. the receiving time of our company is from 8: 30 to 18: 00 on Monday to Saturday, and the closing time is before 14: 30 at noon, after which the goods are delayed to be delivered the next day.
3. please indicate the charged goods and the Chinese name of the goods on the bill of lading. Once a fine of RMB 500 / ticket is found, otherwise, our company has the right to refuse or deduct the goods.
Battery type, battery model, battery capacity ( mah / ah ), battery voltage ( v / v ), battery quantity and battery pack quantity must be indicated in the charged product sheet. Please declare truthfully, such as false information
We will not assume corresponding responsibilities for the follow-up problems caused by the report.
4. live products only receive more than 100 kg, and one ticket only accepts one live product ( one battery model ) and one ticket rejects more than two different battery products.
Live products must truthfully declare the battery parameters, indicating that the whole ticket contains several boxes of battery products, and how many batteries are in the whole ticket, such as false report of TNT deduction, with a minimum fine of 200 / ticket.
5. the shipper of the consignment note cannot be filled in, and the invoice shall be made in triplicate! The invoice must contain unit price, declared value, number of pieces, quantity, detailed name in Chinese and English, material, purpose and customs code of products.
Please note clearly the customs code on the invoice, otherwise it will be deemed as our acting operation, and our company will not bear any of the problems caused. please know!
The package is complete, the addressee's city name and zip code are accurate, and the correct consignment note number has been written on the goods, otherwise, we will not be responsible for the delay of the goods. Special services such as separate customs declaration and customs advance payment, etc.
Note in words in conspicuous places of the consignment note, and make notes accordingly in the list, and hand over with the consignee of our company separately when delivering goods. Otherwise, subsequent problems and losses will arise.
6. remote surcharge: this fee shall be paid by the delivery company. please inquire whether the destination of the goods you sent is in a remote area. we will ship the goods without notice by TNT bill or remote zip code.
City information shall prevail, change the address fee of 3 RMB / kg + fuel charge for the current month, minimum 80 RMB / ticket + fuel charge for the current month, valid for 6 months ( plus fuel surcharge ) from July 1st, 2014;
7. surcharge for special handling of goods: that is, the goods cannot be stacked with other goods, and RMB 200 * fuel will be added for each ticket.
8. surcharge for changing address: RMB 3 yuan / kg, RMB 80 * fuel from January 18, 2016
9. tariff prepaid service fee: the deposit shall be paid in advance according to 40 % of the declared value, and the minimum deposit shall be RMB 5,000 yuan / ticket, which shall be valid for six months, and shall be subject to TNT bill, and the service fee shall be paid.

10, size and weight requirements:
1 ) global: Europe's single-piece weight exceeds 70 kg, and its size exceeds 240 * 150 * 120 cm; other countries' single-piece weight exceeds 30 kg, and its size is 100 * 60 * 70 cm;
2 ) economy: single weight exceeds 70 kg, European size exceeds 240 * 180 * 120 cm, and other countries 180 * 120 * 150 cm, exceeding the requirements. No single ticket can exceed 99 pieces;

On July 1st, 11, TNT will impose surcharge on oversized goods ( charged by each ticket ):

Both of the above conditions are subject to an additional RMB 120 / ticket surcharge plus fuel fee ( mainland standard global and economy do not contain 6 % tax )

13. precautions:

14. in Russia and Ukraine, if the addressee is unable to clear customs, the goods will be returned directly without notifying the sender. please confirm the customs clearance with the addressee.
Our company will not assume the responsibility of delaying the delivery of the goods at the export regardless of whether the goods are paid later or not, and all customers should make such preparations.
Our company will automatically deduct the goods before the freight arrives at 5 pm. the return will be withdrawn at 10 pm the next day.
15. if the contraband goods such as battery products, liquids, powders, medicines and adult products are rushed and seized by TNT or airline security check, our company will not assume any responsibility.
Responsibility, non-refundable freight. If a fine is generated, it shall be borne by the sender in full.
16. instructions to the carrier: the quotation does not include the invoice tax and customs duties / fines / warehousing fees incurred during the operation of the goods / the address fee required by the sender and receiver to be changed /
Destination cannot be cleared and the sender's fee / mainland import fee will be refunded. once these fees are incurred, the sender will pay them in full!
17. the following penalties are issued by hong kong civil aviation department on " concealing unreported battery products".
According to the relevant provisions of the original punishment is as follows:

18. all prices are charged in RMB, excluding value-added tax, customs duties, local taxes and other fees.
19. operation fee for return and replacement: for the returned tickets with the transfer number, an additional operation fee of 100 RMB / ticket will be charged; for the information such as the invoice for the replacement of tickets after the transfer number has been issued, an additional fee of 100 RMB / ticket will be charged.
